Check their schedule through their Instagram or Twitter account first. Right now they're on a hiatus since August, with great-sounding things to come.
These guys, though... They're delicious and consistent and I love them.
I'm usually one of those people that finds one or two items on any given menu and doesn't tend to stray. That is, I find what I like and stick to it, rather than being very adventurous. This is not who I am with Piglatin, though. When they have a new item on special (which is not an ingredient occurrence), I'm right in line to try it.
And the thing is? I haven't been let down yet. Like I said, delicious and consistent.
They're working on a brick-and-mortar restaurant on Union and Dublin, and I honestly can't wait.

I had the chimi shrimp tacos with the garlic parm fries. At first, I thought the tacos were pretty small. After trying it, I was not disappointed. The shrimp were medium to large and cooked perfectly. The mild green sauce on the side had a nice kick to it that went perfectly with the shrimp tacos. The garlic parm fries were pretty good. They didn't have any ketchup or bbq sauce to dip it in though...

We've enjoyed Piglatin's Brick and mortar and finally got to try the food truck. Another 5 star offering. I had the Piglatin Plate with black beans and rice, pulled pork and what looked liked deep fried bananas that was really plaintains. They made another convert of me for these! They have got to be dessert! The whole plate, I had to share, was delicious and not only filling, but also fulfilling. Yum!

Um. Been waiting to try this spot every since Triple D featured their truck on an episode and it didn't disappoint!!! Taco Tuesday?! Yup! $2 Tecates?! Ok! Got a couple arepas and the Piglatin plate and a couple of tacos. Service was quick and prompt, parking was a breeze, full bar, HH, etc. One gripe -- mostly high tops and not a high chair in the joint. That makes it hard for families but we made it work! Next time in C Springs, we are definitely coming back!

Not only was the food phenomenal but the service was great too. Such an amazing concept for a food truck. The guys working were super friendly and helpful when we were deciding what we wanted! And of course the food came out delicious too. I definitely will be frequenting this place!!
